1. Service Overview

Foodgram is a food delivery platform serving Laksam, Cumilla, Bangladesh. We connect you with local restaurants and deliver food to your doorstep. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to availability and restaurant operating hours
  • Prices displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes
  • A delivery fee is added to each order and displayed at checkout
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within the Laksam area
  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary
  • You must provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number
  • If we cannot reach you at the delivery location, the order may be cancelled

4. Payment

All payments are currently Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the delivery person upon receiving your order. Please ensure you have the exact or near-exact amount ready.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has been confirmed by the restaurant. Once the restaurant starts preparing your food, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

6. Accuracy

We strive to display accurate item descriptions, images, and prices. However, actual items may vary slightly from photos. Restaurant menus and pricing may change without prior notice.
